Scope of Work
- The Project Manager will be responsible to liaise with government line departments (CAR and SAFRON) and consultants (training institutes).
- He will be responsible for regular coordination with Donor and other stake holders.
- He will oversee the team and will also conduct field monitoring.
- He will be responsible to manage the project management, administration, and activities.
- He will be responsible for fulfilling the achievements of the core objectives of project.
- He will be responsible to keep the donor informed of emerging trends/risks that may delay in the achievement of project commitments.
- He will take decisions and ensure smooth functioning of project on ground.
- Any other task.
Eligibility
- At least Master degree preferably in Social Sciences or Project Management
- Have community related experience of 3-5 years.

- Livelihood Officer (01 post) (INTERNAL)
Terms-of-Reference
Scope of Work
- The livelihood officer will visit the project area and liaise with contractors/vendors, community elders and other stakeholders frequently in coordination with Project Manager.
- Responsible for outlining course contents for each training program
- Responsible for training assessment (pre and post tests)
- Responsible for holding meetings with training instructors
- Supervise the Community Mobilizers for overall identifications and selection.
- Responsible for handling technical aspects of the project including training.
- Responsible for field monitoring visits.
- Responsible for technical capacity building of field staff.
- Responsible for providing advisory services when required.
- Supervising the process of procurement of toolkits.
- Any other task.
Eligibility
- Holds at least Bachelor’s degree
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in livelihood project
- Must have good communication and writing skills
- Community Mobilizers (02 Male) (EXTERNAL)
Term-of-References
Scope of work
- Identification of key elders
- Identification of influential volunteers.
- Meetings with community elders
- Collection of information of data for the required trainings
- Taking active participation in the implementation of the Community Mobilization campaign.
- Mobilizing Community to persuade them to participate in community discussions
- Keeping close liaison/coordination with communities, stakeholders and the project team.
- Organize training and exposure to improve knowledge and skill of the project communities
- Build linkages with Small and Medium Enterprises, other Business and Firms for apprenticeship program
- Document and share lessons learnt, achievements and successes from the field
- Any other task.
Eligibility:
- Must have at least bachelor degree from recognized institution.
- Have experience of 1 year preferably in community mobilization.
- Have communication and report writing skills
- Good command on local languages and is mandatory.
- Candidates from LOWER DIR, preference will be given to the residence of CHAKDARA.
- Have ability to work in team.

- Vehicle management (log book maintenance etc.)

- Payroll processing
- Payroll preparation.
- Assistance in procurement of acquired supplies and equipment and ensure timely delivery.
- Weekly report to head office.

Eligibility:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, Economics or relevant field.
- Excellent organizational skills, including proven ability in administration and logistical matters.
- Candidate must have at least 1 year similar experience.
- Good communication & IT skills.
